The staff were quick to assist with any requests.

No dining options were available on-site, forcing me to seek nearby restaurants. I was woken up every morning by the noise from trucks washing near my window. The kitchenette was poorly equipped with missing pots and rusty tools.

Central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk available in the double room. A wonderful stay for a 70th birthday celebration.

Dogs were welcomed for an extra charge.

The hotel had a nice, cozy interior despite its modest appearance outside. The cleanliness of the room stood out. Both the bathroom and bedroom felt freshly maintained. The bed delivered a restful experience after our long days exploring the city. The front desk team was super helpful, lending me a charger when I needed it, which I really appreciated. The mini fridge and microwave in the room made it convenient to store snacks and heat meals. Although the hotel's location is a bit isolated, it was a quick bus ride to downtown, only about 10 minutes away. On the downside, parking was a hassle. The lot felt cramped, especially when driving a larger vehicle. The air conditioner in our room was pretty loud too.

The room was neat and had a flat-screen television, a seating area and a study table. The beds were very comfy and all in all it was cosy. The staff was affable and pleasant, everything was great. The location was handy, not too far from a shopping mall. The staff were exceptional, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to downtown.

The personnel is very friendly and interested in giving the best service possible, and try to help out as much as possible. New Management very concerned about our experience and phoned to get feedback and offer solutions.

Breakfast at abc Restaurant was advertized as part of price but deal wasn't finalized at the time of our stay - further phone call from Management said it is now negotiated. We had to keep our bicylces in the room as we were told it was not safe in the outdoor lockup. Hotel ran out of hot water on Sat. Night due to problem beyond their control. We were told that the area of town was not the safest for guests.

Consider visiting the nearby Whole Foods market for fresh juices and snacks rather than relying on the hotel's limited drink options.

Bus service O.K. but the site is a little far from the downtown harbour area.

Lovely and reasonably clean place, the rooms are well-organised and great-sized. The staff has always been helpful and cooperative. I must comment on its central location - it was marvellous! Burnside district deserves to be explored. I can recommend this hotel for staying in Victoria.

I would have liked a hair dryer...a minor but something I use every day and unfortunately I didn't think to bring mine.I understand the premise of Travellers Inns as to be an economical place to stay....just a note from me to you

The staff greeted us with smiles. Our room was spacious, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for our family-style getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort-great quality linen ensured restful nights even after long day tours around Victoria.

cheap room with king size bed and particularly good location. also set nearby a boat dock.

The outside does not look great but the rooms are nice and clean. Great value for money.
